How Booking Works

Send your request with dates, colors, and quantities. Bay Area Decor can confirm availability and the pickup or delivery details.

1. Choose your rentals

Use the booking form to select the arch setup, covers, tables, balloon arch, or photo stand you need.

2. Review pricing

The page calculates your rental total, refundable deposit total, and estimated amount due.

3. Return items safely

Deposits are refunded after rented items are returned safely and in good condition.
